PrikDate is a free group trip date planner. Create one link, let everyone mark the days they are available, and see which travel dates work best for the group.
It was made for the moment when a fun trip idea turns into a long chat and nobody can tell which dates actually work.
Why I started PrikDate
I wanted to go on holiday with friends, but finding a date was harder than planning the trip itself. Our chat kept filling up with suggestions, screenshots and “I might be free then” messages. Even after everyone had replied, it was still unclear which days worked for the most people.
When I looked for a tool, I could not find one that felt right for planning a trip together: simple enough to share immediately, clear about more than one day, and easy for everyone to use. So I started building PrikDate.
The person behind it
I’m Oscar Cleynhens, a final-year student at Don Bosco Haacht in Belgium and the founder of PrikDate. What began as a school project became something I wanted to keep improving, because it solves a problem my friends and I genuinely had.
PrikDate is still an independent project that I build and refine myself. Feedback from people who use it matters: it helps me decide what should become clearer, simpler or more useful next.
What it is designed to do
Small, practical and still growing
PrikDate is intentionally focused. It is not trying to replace every travel-planning tool; it is here to make one frustrating step easier: choosing dates that work for the group.
If something feels unclear or you have an idea that would genuinely help groups plan better, I would love to hear it via the contact page.
